1. About BrandTrustHQ
BrandTrustHQ operates under the trading name BrandTrustHQ, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these terms refer to BrandTrustHQ. References to "you" refer to the individual or organisation accessing our website or commissioning our services.
2. The BrandTrust Newsletter
The BrandTrust Newsletter is a free weekly publication containing AI brand perception analysis and observations. By subscribing, you agree to receive this email every Monday. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
The newsletter contains our observations and analysis. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, whether financial, legal, marketing, or otherwise. You should not make business decisions based solely on newsletter content without independent verification.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the newsletter at any time without prior notice.
3. AI Perception Reports
What the report provides: An AI Perception Report is a point in time measurement of how AI language models currently perceive, describe, and rank your brand. It includes a Decision Ranking Index (DRI) score, a six dimension analysis, verbatim AI responses, competitive benchmarking, and a recommended action plan.
What the report does not provide: BrandTrustHQ does not control, influence, or modify the outputs of any AI language model. We do not guarantee that following the recommendations in a report will change how AI models describe or rank your brand. AI model outputs change continuously based on training cycles, new content, and model updates that are outside our control.
Point in time measurement: All reports reflect AI model outputs as captured at the time of the audit. They are not a continuous monitoring service unless a separate ongoing arrangement is agreed in writing.
Confidentiality: Each report is prepared exclusively for the commissioning client and is marked confidential. You may share it internally within your organisation. You may not publish, reproduce, or distribute report content publicly without our prior written consent.
Delivery: Reports are delivered as PDF documents within the timeframe agreed at the point of commission, typically 5 to 7 business days. Timeframes are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.
4. Payment and refunds
Report fees are as published on our website at the time of commission. The current fee for an AI Perception Report is ₹35,000 (~$420 USD). Payment terms will be communicated at the point of commission. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise.
Given the research intensive and time specific nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you have a concern about the quality or completeness of a delivered report, please contact us at reports@brandtrusthq.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work to address it.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the BrandTrustHQ website, including text, analysis, the DRI framework, scoring methodology, and design, is the intellectual property of BrandTrustHQ. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute website content without our prior written permission.
Commissioned reports remain the intellectual property of BrandTrustHQ. We grant you a non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the report for internal business purposes only.
Verbatim AI responses included in reports are reproduced for analytical purposes. They are the outputs of third party AI systems and do not constitute BrandTrustHQ's own original content.
6. Accuracy and limitations
Our analysis is based on structured queries run across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity at the time of the audit. AI model outputs vary based on query phrasing, model version, temperature settings, and continuous training updates. We take care to run standardised queries, but we cannot guarantee that results would be identical if queries were run at a different time or with different phrasing.
The DRI score and all analytical findings are our professional interpretation of the data we capture. They are indicative measurements, not absolute truths. We provide confidence band disclosures within each report.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrandTrustHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, newsletter, or reports, including any business decisions made on the basis of our findings.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Third party content and links
Our website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third party site. A link does not constitute an endorsement.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
